Agreed Value
We know how much individuals cherish their cars, which is why we can agree a valuation with the insurance company and provide a free certificate for all vehicles over 10 years old.
If you have an agreed value policy, in the unfortunate event of you needing to make a total loss claim, then you will receive the full value of your vehicle as agreed with the insurance company, not the market value of your car.
Send your photos via Email
Following any correspondence you have received from us:
- If you have only been requested to send us your photos you may do this via email - see details below.
- If you have also been asked for a copy of the vehicle purchase receipt and/or vehicle valuation, please send via regular post with your vehicle photos. Ensure you send us the correct documentation together.
Title the subject of the email: 'Photos Enclosed'
Please remember in the body of the email to clearly state:
Norton Insurance Client Reference, your full name, address and postcode.
